Having pulled out of competitive running , Heather is rapidly becoming one of LAC’s most indispensable coaches . As well as assisting Eric with coaching his middle-distance group , Heather introduces the younger members of LAC to the various athletic disciplines yet still finds the time to take a satellite group in Banbridge and work towards her degree in Sports Science !!
